If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we may be unable to cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, we will attempt to have the package returned to us before delivery. If successful, a full refund will be issued. If delivery cannot be prevented, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, any applicable return fee will be waived and a full refund will be issued once the item is received and processed.
