We accept returns of items purchased on goodamerican.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a USD 15 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
For an exchange, please return your order and place a new order as International orders are only eligible for returns for a refund. Taxes and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products with a protective adhesive strip (i.e. Bodysuits and Swim) must be returned with the protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns with the strip removed will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retail partner locations. Please return to the store purchased from directly.
Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS

SHIPPING, TAXES, FEES, AND DUTIES
Shipping fees, taxes, and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.
