RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICIES U.S. - START A RETURN HEREUpdated 5 months ago

We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on goodamerican.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped. Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free! Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:

  • $2.99 restocking fee when you return to a Happy Returns return bar
  • $7.99 restocking fee when you return via UPS pre-paid mailed label
  • $0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit.


Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products with a protective adhesive strip (i.e. Bodysuits and Swim) must be returned with the protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns with the strip removed will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retail partner locations. Please return to the store purchased directly.

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

RETURN BAR AND MAIL RETURNS IN THE U.S.

We partner with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return, and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

Return Bars:

  • $2.99 when you return to a Happy Returns return bar No box or label is needed
  • Thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide
  • Refund or exchange initiated at drop off
  • Return Bar returns are more sustainable than mail returns
  • Returns in the "started" status that haven't been dropped off at a Return Bar or shipped within 30 days will automatically expire. Expired returns will show as 'Expired' in the dashboard. 


Pre-paid UPS Returns:

  • $7.99 when you return via UPS pre-paid mailed label
  • Print the return label and affix it to the package
  • Refund or exchange initiated at drop off


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
