WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?Updated a year ago

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund. Log in to our returns portal for U.S. orders, or for orders outside the country:

You must select the reason "Product is Defective" and add comments as to why the item is faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are a result of normal wear and tear.
